Dam pocket cards
Poker Progress. Well my poker playing is still about average and I am not in a position to give up working just yet. As much as I am working on it; I seem to build up a bit of cash and then lose it all on a stupid call or trying to bluff. I am learning big time that I should not call or raise hands that much unless I have the nuts.Last night I thought I was on a big winner. I had Q 10 in my hand and on the flop came J, 3, 10. So I thought a nice small raise was nothing out of order; my raise was called. The flop came down and was another 10¦ woo hoo I thought, raise it big time and he will fold. Nope he re-raised it.. Long story short, he ended up having pocket J’s and had 3 of a kind J’s against my 3 of a kind 10’s. From $30 I am down to about $18 at the moment; so need to get some money back. Still I can’t complain, I have had the same deposit on for about 2 months now and keep going up and down like a yo yo.
