Weight loss and gym
Well a while ago now I joined a gym. However I’ve not really been going.
I’ve really noticed that I’ve started to put the weight back on even more. So starting from tomorrow I’ve decided I’ll be back in the gym and eating regular meals with fruit and not snacks and chocolate.
I’ve also decided I’m going to cut down on the cafine intake and drink more water and fruit juice.
I’m going to stick at going 3 times a week to the gym until Xmas and see if I notice the difference.
This means no take aways too. This is going to be my biggest shot at losing weight. If it doesn’t work this time I’m not meant to lose weight. However I think it will work. I just need to keep motivated.
